"The room was clean and it appeared to have been remodeled recently and while it looked sketchy from the outside, we didn’t have any issues. It was helpful that it was next to a Walgreens, but we had to drive to town. Two of the mornings I got up early and walked to the park on Franklin Street, which leads to a walkway along the water that goes all the way to the wharf retail / restaurant area. It was exactly 2 miles round trip and I saw a harbor seal one day."

"The property is in an excellent location close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Room was well maintained with everything we needed for a short stay. Guest laundry is offered as well which was useful."

"This place is a craphole. And I don’t mean crap. DONT STAY HERE. Seriously, don’t even consider it. You will regret it. I’ve stayed at bad motels in the past, but this one is the worst. Horror movies start in dirty filthy motels like this one. EXPEDIA: Take this property out of your system."

"For the amount of money paid, it was very, very disappointing. The room was very run down - bathroom door had no latch because it was completely beaten up. The desk finish was so beat up and sticky. The floors/carpet were also sticky. Overall very disappointing. Over $300 for a disgusting room."

"The WiFi doesn’t work and only 1 of us (of 4) could shower before the hot water ran out…both are apparently known issues. Walls are thin and the road noise is loud. Of the 7 places we are staying for this trip, this was the most expensive so we expected a little more. That said, it was clean, close to shops and restaurants and easy to get into the NP. With a tankless water heater and a robust internet plan, we would have rated it higher."
