"This “hotel” is a joke. When I arrived, the reception area, which was literally a cave was empty with a sign that the front desk would be right back. He arrived about 15 minutes later. Check-in was efficient. Got to my room. Carpets were dirty m, old and stained. Bathroom had years of mould buildup with a terrible smell. There was no hooks or any kind of place to hang towels. Also no room service and no garbage pick up at all. The cleaning lady would arrive in the morning and I would hand her my garbage from time to time and they would replace your towels if you asked. Overall, a waste of money and time. Also, the location isn’t great. Lots of street traffic with honking and motorcycles. The building that the hotel is in is extremely old and rundown. They share the space with residences. Terrible security as the main doors were often left open. The front area always had people sitting around and smoking cigarettes, and the smell would waft into the hallway. The last few days there was a nasty garbage smell in the main hallway that you never could tell where it was coming from. Do not book a stay here! "

"I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are perfectly designed. The bathroom lighting is excellent for applying makeup, which is uncommon for most hotels. I travel extensively and I wish that I could find more hotels like this one in Europe and in the US."

"Had an amazing stay at the Hilton Belgrade. The staff is amazing, always friendly and very helpful with whatever you need. I was visiting from the US and forgot an adapter for my electronics and the front desk supplied me with one at no charge during my stay. The rooms are beautiful, huge, had an amazing view of the area, and even central sound throughout the room/bathroom. Very high tech lighting mixed between accent, pendant, ambient and night lighting options. The Two Kings restaurant is a must try and also the rooftop lounge. Great views from the rooftop, great cocktails, and also live music on certain nights. Highly recommend the Hilton for your stay in Belgrade."

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is located on a small, funky, street, in the Vracar neighborhood of Belgrade. My room was clean, pleasant, and very quiet, and there was ample hot water. I stayed for five days in mid-March, which is springtime in Belgrade, and did not use air conditioning. The staff was cordial and helpful, really delightful. Breakfast was not included in the cost of my room and is very expensive, but the buffet, which I chose on two occasions, included varied and abundant fare and began with freshly squeezed orange juice brought to my table. The hotel is located just below the massive Saint Sava Church, new but modeled after Hagia Sophia; it is also only a few blocks away from the Nicola Tesla Museum (though the museum is slated to move within a few years to the historic Milan Vapa paper mill in a renovation led by Zaha Hadid Architects). Local eateries of interest include a Luff gelato parlor, with excellent ice cream, and the splendid Cevabdzinica Savcic on a street flanking the Hilton Hotel. (Cevapi are small sausages customarily served in pockets of warm flatbread with raw onions, a fluffy cheese, and a red pepper condiment. But if you're vegetarian, you can fill the flatbread with shopska salad). Delicious and inexpensive. Vracar is somewhat apart from the historic (Ottoman-controlled) center of Belgrade, but all buses are free and easy to use (take guidance from the hotel staff before using taxis). "
