Having never been to Serbia this hotel was fantastic. The staff went beyond the call of duty. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was huge with a all you could ask for like a huge shower and a great king sized bed. The location was close to a pedestrian mall and the fortress which is a major tourist area. I highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was perfect!
Nice & kind staff, excellent rooms, big size rooms with all the necessary amenities, very good breakfast and above all GREAT LOCATION!!!!
Excellent value for money!!
Only a 10 minute walk into the main shopping street. A few nice little bars right near the hotel and a lovely traditional Serbian restaurant 5 mins down the hill. Hotel room was really good, clean and comfortable for our needs.
Lovely hotel in the center of Belgrade. Nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. Only thing we can complain about was a cockroach in the shower one day (!), otherwise we are happy with the hotel!
The property and staff are perfect! Excellent breakfast. It is in the very center of the city and we were stunned how Belgrade city officials don't maintain this area.
Our room’s air conditioning was not working and hotel was aware as they had an issue the night before. I went down to reception and asked for help. Front desk person was busy and asked me to wait 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and went back downstairs. It was as if I was asking for the first time. Someone finally came with us and explained the room had an issue. We changed room at 11:30 pm. The male employee was very helpful. The hotel is nice. Hallways were warm. It has a central location. The decor is nice.
Reception staff were professionally friendly, efficient, helpful.
We were grateful to be able to get drinks and dinner at their small, but comfy dining in area our first night.
This hotel has the absolutely best included breakfast buffet that I have ever seen.
Located on a small but busy street.
Would have given the hotel, a five star rating except for an odd bit of noise that occurred at our bedtime from the room directly behind ours. This room was not part of the hotel, but you could quite clearly hear a friendly sounding group of people having a nice but loud gathering. We were told that Management will be definitely looking into it and seeing what they can do. Definitely needs some sort of soundproofing.
The elevator worked sometimes. Also, the walls to the room are thin. It felt like the guests in the other room were in your room. The hotel did have good access to the city.
