"The room is cozy and decent"

"The room was comfortable although the bed was much too soft, somewhat like sleeping in a hammock. I had to call the front desk to get hand soap and the person who delivered it was not very polite. One staff person ordered a taxi for us which was very helpful, and the man who checked us out went out of his way to try finding a ride on Sunday, but the 8K had the streets blocked."
