Breakfast was pretty good, the breakfast staff did a great job keeping food coming and keeping cold food cold and warm food warm, The chocolate waffles were a hit! "Don’t care"

"We had a great experience staying at the Best Western Plus Rapid City Rushmore during our visit to Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a convenient way to start our busy sightseeing days. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State...

Beds were comfortable and pillows were good as well. The pool was clean. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub. While the pool area...

We asked when we checked in about shortening our stay not knowing how soon we could make funeral arrangements. We were told we would have to contact Expedia for any refunds but to please notify the hotel within 24 hrs of checking out early so they could re rent the room. I contacted Expedia who then had to contact...

"Very helpful"

"It was a great stay. We weren’t able to check in right away, the front desk staff gave us a discount and vouchers for the restaurant. Very kind and considerate. We will be back."
