"room clean, staff friendly, basic quick breakfast with staff attending to help. heating/air good. did notice the bathtub needed updating, looked like coating was peeling."
Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre
8/10 Good
"Excellent location, lovely garden grounds, easy parking, friendly staff, and clean rooms. All a plus, but the rooms and bathrooms are aged, and bath towels need upgrading. The rooms are not soundproofed as you might expect from a hotel. The breakfast staff were lovely, but it would have been nice to see a fresh loaf of rye bread at the bread station, along with cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a deli meat platter at the buffet. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere was appreciated."

"I didn’t like the young hockey players running up and down the hallway and screaming at 10:45pm. They woke me up with a jolt"
