"The staff were all very friendly, beautiful building. A bit of a walk downtown (45 min) but on a nice day, it's a nice waterfront walk. Walking back to the hotel in the evenings though, there are periodic stretches of King St that have little-to-no streetlights so it gets quite dark. Delicious breakfast included with our stay. The room was spacious. TV was a bit spotty - the channel list doesn't load, and there was no indication of what channels were. Maybe would be helpful for a little laminated channel guide so it's quick for guests to find, say, the weather, news, sports, etc. The front desk did let us leave our bags for a few hours once we checked out, though I was a bit concerned about the lack of security. They didn't even need us to put a tag/sticky note on it of which bags were ours and just to leave it behind the desk next to other people's bags too."
