One that was unpaid that was under my name and one that was paid that was spelled incorrectly with the wring phone number attached. I stood in the lobby over an hour trying to rectify the problem. Almost paid for another room until the manager came to assist. I called Expedia twice and they could only find the unpaid reservation and not the paid reservation. It was a complete mess. "
