"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. "This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us. "Check in was easy. The staff spoke English and was able to explain everything easily. They held our luggage until check in time. The rooms were adequate, small, but enough space to move around a little. The hotel is close to many activities and close to the train station for easy access to other areas ok Tokyo. Overall, it was a nice 3 day stay."

"Good location , 5 min to metro and 7 min to sunshine city Lots of small restaurant around 7-11 and Denny connected to the hotel Definitely not a new hotel but it’s well maintained Staff super friendly We booked a room for 3, actually the 2 twin was quite big can comfortable fit 3 So we use the extra sofa bed for sitting The room size is fair 220 sq feet Lobby on the 3/F Bed and pillow very comfortable Will definitely book this hotel again Practical choice"

"During our vacation we had excellent service from staff. Very helpful staff to assist with taxi service, luggage storage etc... The surprising spacious rooms were cleaned every third day with daily clean towels. The Hot Spa (Daiyokujyou) on the 20th floor was also a fantastic service available from early morning to late night. This is the place for you if you also enjoy excellent service. The breakfast services were over priced although it was convenient, it didn't have quality food and Japanese variety that I expected. Some what unorganized setting of the food line and the table seating were crammed next to the food area. The balcony was a nice addition from other hotels which made it relaxing to have your dessert and coffee. The local community had everything to make your stay feel like home. The JR line was a minute away from the hotel. Local restaurants and food market to grab a snack or obento were also excellent. This location also had a Trolley car running through the town with a small park next to it was a picturesque scene how small towns are the best."

"We stayed 6 days in this hotel while visiting Tokyo on our first trip to Japan. Everything was perfect, clean and inviting. The staff is charming, prompt to help anytime you ask them. We loved our room even if it was a bit small for 2. We got to know the area and we loved it, especially the restaurants near the station North exit (the Ramen and the sushi’s restaurants) and the residential area with beautiful small gardens. We highly recommend ❤️"
