"We loved how clean it is! Pictures don’t do the room justice, at all. Showers were so cool and clean. Hotel offers buses to local tourist spots."

"This is only sort of kind of the whole property, Kyoto has very strict tax laws and needs to have a front desk and therefore part of the property is that, additionally the upper floors are inhabited, but none of that matters really because of how wonderful the people and the space are."

"Beautiful and very clean apartment. Located next to public transportation. Host was extremely nice and helpful. Would stay here again."

"Perfect check in process, no keys required. Clean room and modern amenities all around. Quick response time from host. Ideal first stay in Osaka, nothing was too far away. Thank you for the goodie bag 🙏 No complaints at all. Arigato 🍀"

"Great stay"

"綺麗な部屋でゆっくり過ごせました。バスタオルの匂いが気になりましたが他は良かったです。後ホテルの入り口にスロープがあるといいと思います。"

"We arrived to Kyoto early, didn't expect the hotel to let us check-in but they did because the room was ready. The process was pleasant and smooth. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet, yet very convenient access to the Keihan line and the buses, about 17 mins walk to Kyoto station and TeamLab. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto."

"This place was huge by Japanese standards. It’s basically a full apartment. Convenient location with a grocery store and several conveniences stores near by. Bus stop right outside the apartment made getting around Kyoto easy. Having a washing machine in the room was a game changer. We’d definitely stay here again. Worth noting that check in is at a different location and the property itself is self service but they supply anything you’d need to have a comfortable stay. They even shuttle...

"A unique and beautiful accommodation. Lovely chambers, bathroom…, and the weaving mill also further adds to the authentic feel, Located in a quiet residential area."

"The place was spacious and very clean! The bathroom was super clean and the staff were super friendly!!"
