"The hotel is well situated, with you being able to walk to all amenities, and walking distance to the falls and attractions. Our room was very clean and spacious, and nicely updated. Facing the river, and falls we were able to watch the nightly fireworks out of our window, the pool and hottub area was always clean and open, and well maintained. We had a very pleasurable, and relaxing stay."

"We were on the penthouse floor. It was interesting and fun to get the opportunity to use the penthouse elevator. We also visited the observatory deck and that was lovely but was equal to our room so that’s where we watched fireworks from. We were very happy with the location and all the surrounding activities and restaurants to choose from. We would recommend the tower to anyone visiting Niagara Falls."

"Hotel is well laid out and shows very very well. Very clean inside and out. Any staff encounters were very friendly. Only two complaints would be not having a duvet for the bed and the shower handle was installed wrong. If you put it on hot, it came out very, very cold, if you put it on cold, it came out very very hot. Great location and would highly recommend. I would stay there again without hesitation."
