This charming, period, maisonette is located along one of the best roads in Sheringham, with the golf course, the Promenade, beach, The Esplanade and Norfolk Coastal path at the end of the road and just a 5-minute stroll to shops, cafes, and restaurants, what a superb location!Enter via the gate to the front door. Step up through the door opening into: lobby with door leading to staircase and Kitchen/Diner: Kitchen table with 4 chairs, newly fitted kitchen with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/ freezer and microwave, washing machine. Door to: Family bathroom: bath with shower over and washbasin. Staircase leading to small landing with closet, with doors to: step down into Lounge: Comfortable corner sofa, occasional chairs and smart TV. Double Bedroom: with double bed (use of closet on landing). Single Bedroom: with single bed and trundle bed (please advise upon booking if required). Family WC: WC and wash basin.
Outside: Enclosed mature garden with lawn and patio furniture. Allocated parking space for 1 car. Please note this self contained annexe is attached to a house.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included. Wifi available. 1 well behaved dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Location: beach 0.2m. Sheringham Golf course 0.1m. Please note there is an additional £40 charge to cover the cleaning.Please note that the information on this page is intended as a guide only. Excellent location had a lovely holiday peaceful and restful short walk to every thing you need garden good for dog secure no way for him to get out would return.

All in all it was a lovely place to stay and in a great location close to the sea front.

We enjoyed our stay at little lodge, spacious and a nice garden to relax in. Unfortunately the garden was looking a little unkempt and the man never showed up to cut the grass ! It said on Mondays , but it wasn't done. Also a sun brolly and sun chairs would have been good. The other issue was the bed which was uncomfortable as the mattress was lumpy.overall it was satisfying.

Fantastic stay in Sheringham

We stayed in Little Lodge for 2 weeks and cannot fault it. Prime location in Sheringham close to the golf course, sea front and short walk to town centre. Lovely enclosed garden which was great as we had our dog with us.
