"Nice hotel; the location is excellent, and the staff was helpful. Katrina at the front desk was nice to talk to in English and helpful. The train station and electronics malls are close by. Breakfast and afternoon tea were complimentary and good. The room was good and clean, but the washrooms need to be cleaner."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. Everything about the hotel felt carefully designed and beautifully put together, and the service was polished and professional throughout our stay. The front desk manager Jacky Zhang was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our room preferences and requests. Since Shenzhen was our last city in China before departing, his attention made our stay feel particularly special. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had a fantastic view, and we truly appreciated the care that went into making sure our accommodations met everything on our wish list. The excellent service continued through our departure. We were running short on time and it was raining, and the young gentleman stationed at the guest drop-off area actually went out into the rain to hail a taxi for us. We really appreciated that extra effort. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the dining room itself was beautiful and made breakfast feel like an experience rather than simply another hotel meal. From the design and comfort of the rooms to the professionalism of the staff and attention to detail, everything felt very well executed. We stayed at many wonderful hotels during our trip through China, but the Four Seasons Shenzhen was the nicest hotel of our entire trip. We left with very fond memories of our stay, and this experience will definitely make us consider Four Seasons hotels for our future travels. We would absolutely"

"This was my first stay at MGM Shenzhen. As a new hotel, its facilities are top-notch, and the beach wasn't too crowded. I had afternoon tea at the East Wing café — the beef sandwich, bagel, and smoked salmon croissant were all delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Special praise goes to Ms. Svea Sun at the front desk, who handled my check-in key process. She took the time to explain the membership benefits in detail and noted down the issues I encountered with my newly registered M Life membership. She was extremely patient and thorough. This will definitely be my first-choice hotel on my next visit to Shenzhen."
