"Everything was cool. Only thing I didn't like was seeing a couple of small roaches in the bathroom. And in the bed area. Other than that, everything else was cool"

"I received bug bites in my room. When I told the attendant at the front desk my room had bugs, she told me she would not check the room, or put me in a different room, or refund my purchase, and that if I had a problem with the room I should check out. Then when I tried to check out she refused to let me check out. I left the hotel and spent the night at the airport. My boyfriend booked the trip for me and called the hotel: she hung up on him and refused to talk to him."
