"The hotel facilities were all quite good. They have four hot tubs outside and all were in good working order. They place was clean with some modern features and upgrades. The staff were all fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. They truly wanted to make sure our stay was outstanding. We had one meal there which was delicious. We really liked the fireplace service, was nice to have a real fire in our hotel suite. "

"Cleanliness could improve (bed sheet stain, toothpaste splashes on the bathroom faucet, pink mold in shower and smudges on windows) Breakfast was decent. Eggs, breads, croissant, cereal and fruit. Coffee and tea served all day in the lobby was a plus! Employees were helpful and amenities were nice. Beds were comfy. We were on the 2nd floor and there arent elevators or parking near so anyone with mobility issues be cautious. The hotel is in a great location, half way between the town and Mt Sutton "
