The manager was very impatient with us when we were the paying customer that didn't have a shower and the power kept going on and off. Other guest were complaining about the slow and rude service as well. The location to the stadium and train was great but stay somewhere else! "

The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure....
