"My car had some issues while on my way to San Francisco, I took this hotel as an emergency for 2 days. The staff was polite and the room was clean, walking distance to a market and many restaurants, thanks 🙏."

"I stayed here for Coachella and the service was extremely disappointing. The bathrooms were filthy and weren't cleaned once during our entire 3-day stay. To make matters worse, the shower handles kept falling off every time we tried to turn the water on, and the stall doors wouldn't even close properly. On the first day, there was no toilet paper at all. The tent and the equipment provided were very dirty. My inflatable mattress deflated twice during the stay. While the lady on the golf cart was very helpful and kind when I told her about it, the overall management was non-existent. Even when the office was supposedly "open" on Saturday, there was nobody there to help. I also had to leave at 8:30 AM today without a proper checkout because the office was closed again. Avoid this place if you care about hygiene and getting what you paid for."

Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. "
