"Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!"

"Very clean family room on floor 1, had to go and ask for decaf coffee to be told they didn't stock it slightly disappointed. Then spoke to a member of staff who actually went above and beyond and went and got me some. Entertainment didn't happen due to sound technical problems but bingo went ahead slightly later than it was ment to. Evening meal was ok all you can eat buffet but half of the kids menu wasn't available no drinks available other than Very small glasses of water Bar prices reasonable. Only thing I will say staff need to ask the people thats sat in the lobby after 11pm to keep the noise down or returning to the hotel drunk after a night out"

"Just back from a three night stay in this lovely hotel. We chose Palm Court because of its location and its residents car park, this is a covered car park a just round the corner from the main entrance. Check in was quick and simple. Our room (No 31) was very nice, it was on the corner of the building with windows overlooking the front of the hotel and the multi story car park to the side. We had a very comfortable king size bed and the room was spotlessly clean. There was a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets ( replaced daily). The bathroom was a bit cramped but had everything we needed, it was well laid out with an over the bath shower. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We were very happy with our room, if I was to find a very minor fault it would be the lack of a USB outlet, not a major issue as we took an adapter. Breakfasts taken in the restaurant were excellent with a self service section for fruit juices, cereals etc end waiter service for cooked items. The breakfast menu contained a very good choice , the Yorkshire breakfast was excellent, (sausages exceptional). We had a very good dinner in the restaurant, the food and service were excellent. There is also an excellent range of snacks and meals also available in The Lounge . On checking in you are issued vouchers which give a discount on food bought in the restaurant and lounge. We found all staff at the hotel extremely pleasant and helpful. Would we book here again, absolutely yes."

"Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. "
