"This property was in need of updating. The rings had detached from the curtains, making them difficult to close. The tv was outdated. The frying pan had a very loose handle. The shower lacked power and the hot water only seemed to come on at around 8am, no good if you like to shower earlier. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were very cheap and bumpy."

Please note kids under 14 can't go in pool alone even if parents sat on the side (8 and 11 year old wanting to go in more than i wanted to join them) parents are literally within touching distance on the side so this felt a little over cautious. Great there is an ev charger but struggled to use as often busy so would be great if there could be a couple more. Would def stay again, lovely spot "

"Hotel is a little tired in places but the owners are clearly expending effort and money to refresh and modernise it. Our room was clean and with a recently refitted bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We would stay in this hotel again."
