ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun

"The room we were given was a little different than the image that motivated my choice to stay there. We did not have a living area that was separate from the bedroom space, only a large lounging couch. The room, however, was clean and well lit. The bathroom was updated with a good size shower and vanity. Where this hotel shines is its staff, followed by the included breakfast. We were warmly greeted upon our (very late) arrival. Essential information was provided quickly so we could get to our rooms and sleep. There was a fleet of taxis always available that the staff could easily reach if you preferred to travel that way, but subway stations and buses were within a block of the hotel. The staff always greeted guests coming and going and offered support in any way they could. Our favorite staff, however, was the maitre d running the dining room for breakfast. He greeted us every morning with a warm smile and always asked about the previous days' adventures. He was quick to seat us and regularly checked on us throughout our delicious breakfast. But it wasn't just us that he made feel special, it was every patron. Little children ran to hug him when they saw him in the morning, adults laughed and greeted him with a handshake. He made our time at ENA Hotel Suites a delight!"

"The service was wonderful, front desk staff Daisy was helpful in accommodating a late check out for me because of my flight. The property itself is beautifully located and my room was a mountain view room which was so worth the spend!"

"Hotel very conveniently located right next to subway entrance. Walking distance to a restaurant and bar street in the area. Room is spacious and clean. However, some of the amenities in the room feel like they r falling apart. Shower drain doesn’t work properly, makeup mirror is water stained and wobbly, back-panel for under the sink cabinet fell off. Electric outlets in the room are a hit and miss too."

"Me and my husband absolutely love staying at this hotel everytime we are in Seoul. Very convenient in terms of location to transportation: the airport limousine bus drops off a minute away, station access within a couple minutes, and bus stops just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. There is also a port cochere for easy taxi or car drop offs and pick ups. There is a plethora of food options in every direction, including some nightlife one street behind the hotel. This hotel’s staff is always friendly and respectful, extremely clean, and has a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the surrounding city. The room size is enough for a couple. We got a room where the toilet room and shower room were separate so that was a plus. One of my favorite amenities that they provide are collagen eye masks which are perfect when you’ve traveled for hours and need a refresh. Highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. We can’t wait for our next trip to the Hotel Gracery Seoul!"
