Hotels near Sengawa Station

"Sadly we were only able to stay 1 or the 2 nights we reserved at Mustard Hotel due to a flight issue. However, yesterday when we checked in everything was still arranged and ready for our arrival. The staff were amazingly kind, friendly, and courteous to us. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room to a large balcony room and gave us some breakfast tickets as well. What a lovely gesture! The room itself was very nice and spacious (from what we understand rooms can be small in Tokyo). We didn’t feel cramped or like the room was too small. Beds were very comfortable and the duvets were soft. The aircon worked perfectly and the shower was piping hot with tons of water pressure. Lastly, location of the hotel. I was a little worried it was too out of the way. But, the hotel ended up being about a 10 minute walk from many late night restaurants. All in all, what a lovely stay, too bad it was only one for 1 night. But between the lovely staff and the cool laid back vibe the hotel offers, we’ll definitely be back! "

"Great hotel, the staff were great and it was conveniently located, only knocking one star off as the cleaning left a lot to be desired, hairs on the bed, limescale around the sink and I saw a cleaner in a customers room sat on the chair playing with her phone. Even after the weekly clean there was still marks in the bathroon that were there before we arrived."

"Staff were very helpful. Room was very small but clean. Train station is about 2 minutes walk. Convenience stores, restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again on my next vacation."

"The room is clean and washing machine inside the room is convenient. There are basic utensils if you want to cook. There’s a lounge/dining area if you want to rest outside your room but lacking hot water facility. I have to boil water using the kettle from the room and bring it down so that our relative who came over to visit can have some tea. There’s a small coffee counter ( I would not even call it a shop) but does not serve with milk, you have to pay. Overall, convenient place, slightly up the hill and close enough to Shibuya crossing (around 700m downhill). "

"Great place if you don’t need to be right in the heart of Shibuya. It is in a lovely area and it is close enough for us. The room was great because we got four futons so my kids and I could all fit. Each with our own bed. It was nothing fancy and doesn’t have all the amenities that most Japanese hotels have but the staff were amazing and very helpful. And like I said, it was a really lovely neighborhood. If I was going to live near Shibuya, this would probably be where I would stay. It was a bit under the way for all of the action, but it was quiet so that was good. I would definitely stay there again."
