The property is fenced and it offers total privacy. The house has 2 floors. Preserving some walls of pure rock and stone, it welcomes you with a large foyer and a room in the purest Mallorcan style. Next, you enter the living-dining room where you can relax watching TV or enjoying those delicious meals prepared in the ceramic hob kitchen. On colder days, you will find a basket of firewood for the stove in the living room and an oil radiator, courtesy of the house. This floor is completed with 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Going up the stairs, you have another room ideal for entertainment, as it has 2 pool tables and 1 foosball table.
