    Enjoy A private 12 meter pool, with the view.
    Uncluttered living, with all you need for relaxing stay.
    With staff Wayan and Komang, come daily to serve breakfast, make beds and tidy up also help arrange other meals,In house massage and your day if you require.
    Deliveries from our local warungs and restaurants close by, menus provided ,or a short stroll to our local beachfront warung.
    Driver Nyoman is available for transfers and any day tours.
    motor bike hire and surf lessons available.
    Enjoy Peace and Quiet the sound of the waves, no night clubs or shopping malls at Balian.

This place has good views from the pool deck it’s a shame there is no umbrella so you can sit out there for long periods. pool lights were broken. one light not working the other one dim not a nice atmosphere at night unfortunately. also garden lights not working. and need more lights for atmosphere too dark at night. a lounge chair would make this place more comfortable. instead of 2 sets of table and chairs. for the price it could be much better with a few changes. large pool is the best part. Bed could have been bigger but was comfortable. Big drop off the pool deck dangerous at night with out light. not recommended for kids .construction nearby out front truck construction road is right out front near the pool. also very busy street with constant trucks all night. on the main street. overall we enjoyed our stay but these small touches would make a big difference. the blank wall near the pool could also do with a balinese touch. like a statue. or greenery . staff were very nice .
