"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

"Nice property but there are alot of kids....even at the bar at night. Thats ok....I just didn't realize how kid friendly it was. They had multiple pools and cabanas to rent. Kids would love the pool with the slides and kid friendly pool bar. Room was clean and the whole property was huge. In walking distance to everything in regards to shopping and dining. "Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep.
