For anglers, the fishing is good with small and large mouth bass, pike and black crappie to be caught. Recently Renovated Family-owned cottage. New kitchen, flooring, furnace, and paint throughout. Kitchen has all amenities including coffee maker, toaster, kettle, toaster-oven, pots & pans and more. Open concept family room and dinning area. Table seats 6 people and family room can seat 7. Master bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. Middle room has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top. The third room has a double bed and dresser.
There is a wraparound deck on two sides, with one overlooking the lake. Fire pit and BBQ steps from walkout basement (unfinished). Slopping back yard down to the sandy beach and dock. Two kayaks available to use. Quiet lake with no motor traffic and neighbors out of sight. Walking and ATV trails nearby and Rose point is close.
Great summer sunsets and amazing stars at night. Parry Sound is just a quick 5 min drive away with lots of shops and restaurants. Walmart, Home Depot, Shoppers, and No Frills are all in town along with some amazing small kitschy shops where you can find some unique gems. Great food and lots of activities to do, Island Queen Cruise tours, hikes on Seguin trails, ATV rentals nearby, and boat plane rides with trips to Henry’s for their famous fish and chips. Kelbear National Park (35mins away) is a great day trip.
