THE VIEW

As you enter the home, floor-to-ceiling windows in the main-level great room reveal a sweeping panorama of Sedona’s iconic formations, with Castle Rock and Courthouse Butte anchoring the skyline. Nearly every window throughout the home captures a different perspective of the surrounding red rocks, with changing light transforming the landscape from sunrise to sunset.

Unlike many vacation homes that maximize occupancy with bunk rooms, Sienna Vista Sedona offers five king bedrooms, making it an excellent choice for multiple couples, friends' getaways, golf groups, and multi-generational family vacations. A Queen Murphy bed and Queen sleeper sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements for children, extended family members, or groups that prefer separate beds. All five bedrooms feature 50” Smart TVs.

The yoga & wellness studio provides a dedicated space to move, recover, recharge, or simply slow down. Whether your morning begins with strength training, yoga, meditation, or stretching before the trails, the studio is thoughtfully equipped to support your personal wellness routine.



The studio includes TRX suspension training, adjustable dumbbells, a weight bench, yoga mats, yoga blocks, resistance bands, a foam roller, and other fitness accessories, as well as a dedicated mini-split for individual heating & A/C.



After a day exploring Sedona, unwind in the two-person infrared sauna.

Designed for gathering while giving everyone room to spread out, Sienna Vista offers over 4,500 square feet of living space on a private one-acre property. The great room features soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct access to the upper deck overlooking Sedona's iconic red rocks.



The chef's kitchen is designed for everything from casual meals to memorable dinners prepared by a private chef. Premium appliances, generous workspace, and multiple seating areas make gathering effortless.

HOUSE RULES

Sienna Vista was designed as a place to relax, reset, and explore. It is a peaceful retreat, not a party house. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and an International Dark Sky Community, we ask guests to respect our neighbors, the natural surroundings, and the tranquility that make this property special.



- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR COMMERCIAL GATHERINGS: All guests and activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

- QUIET HOURS: 10 PM–8 AM. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum and may not disturb neighboring properties. Privacy-safe, non-recording noise monitors are used.

- DARK SKY COMMUNITY: Help preserve Sedona's beautiful night skies by turning off unnecessary outdoor lighting when not in use and keeping lighting to a minimum after dark. This allows everyone to enjoy peaceful evenings and spectacular stargazing.

- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 14 guests, including infants and children. Only registered guests may stay overnight or use the Property's amenities, except for third-party service providers invited by the booking guest to provide services to registered guests.

- Primary booking guest must be 25+ and present throughout the stay.

- Within 48 hours of booking, the primary booking guest must sign the Vacation Rental Agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID through OwnerRez, our API-connected property-management system.

- A $1,500 off-platform security hold is required. By signing the Vacation Rental Agreement, the primary booking guest authorizes the hold, which is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damages or other chargeable amounts are reported. The hold is processed securely through OwnerRez.

- For the safety of our guests and Property, we have a doorbell camera and four exterior security cameras. The cameras record audio and video when motion is detected and are located at the doorbell, porch, far side of the garage, side yard, and backyard. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

- Maximum 4 vehicles.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the Property.

- No pets, except as required by applicable law.

- No illegal activity.

- Use of the pool and hot tub is at the guest’s own risk. No diving or glass. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- Use of the sauna is at the guest's own risk. Follow posted instructions, stay hydrated, and limit session times. No use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Children must be supervised by an adult.

- The fire table and grill must be attended by a responsible adult whenever in use and completely turned off after use.

- Guests are responsible for any third-party providers they invite to the Property, including ensuring that such providers are appropriately licensed and insured where required and comply with all House Rules, applicable laws, and safety requirements. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their providers and for any damage to the property caused by them.
