Welcome to your Sea Ranch getaway. This 3-bedroom house sleeps up to 6 and places you near the ocean with sea views and access to the community’s trails, beaches, and recreation centers.
The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly home designed for easy coastal living. With 3 private bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s room for up to 6 guests to relax and recharge. The main living areas offer a place to gather for board games or a movie night, while a den and a clever sliding door let part of the home be separated—great for early sleepers, kids, or two-family stays.
Step outside to enjoy an outdoor garden/backyard area. Inside, you’ll find a washer and dryer to keep beach and trail gear fresh, plus a laptop-friendly workspace when you need to check in with the office. An on-site Level 2 EV charger makes charging easy if you’re arriving in an electric vehicle. Throughout the home, memory foam mattresses add an extra-comfy touch to your stay.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided in your welcome packet at check-in. Additional parking is available at the Grand Welcome office (39225 S. Hwy 1, Ste B, Gualala, CA 95445) at your own risk.
• EV charging: Level 2 EV charger available on site.
• Washer/Dryer: In-home washer and dryer provided.
• Sea Ranch amenities: Guests can enjoy the community’s extensive trail system and multiple public beach access points. Three recreation centers offer outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary by center). Facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website.
• Connectivity: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal/mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Security: One exterior security camera is located at the front door and monitors the entrance only.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, additional cleaning fees may apply
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
