This Pipers Reach home has original classic design with ocean views. Only a short walk to the bluff trails and Shell Beach. Comfortable No smoking dog friendly house. Soft new bedding, fully stocked kitchen and much more.

Included in the rental of The Pipers Reach home is access to the various recreational areas. Your house pass allows you to enjoy the swimming pool, tennis courts and sauna. Or bring your bikes(we provide 3 bikes) the bike trail is immediately behind the house and 10 mile bluff trail is steps away. Nearby activities include tide pooling, wine tasting, hiking nearby parks, fishing and exploring Gualala or the Sea Ranch lodge. Two grocery stores in Gualala 10 min from our home.

Nice open floor plan downstairs with a new 50 in screen TV, Netflix and a wood burning stove. We offer free internet and Direct TV. Master bedroom is a king with full bath and TV, guest room upstairs is a queen with full bath and downstairs is a half bath and den to accommodate two more guests. You can bring up to two dogs for an additional fee. We provide dog and beach towels in the garage.

The Master bedroom has a deck off the South side of house and gives you a nice ocean view. Off the deck is a nice inviting hot tub also views to the ocean. On a warm day lounge on the chairs in your private fenced in yard while listening to the surf.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and matching service for 8. Don't worry about bringing salt and pepper we provide spices and paper goods. Our house is perfect for a few couples or family to enjoy time to relax and unwind while enjoying the coast. If you need to do a little work we have a work desk in Master Bedroom with great internet access.

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect weekend by the sea

Had a wonderful time at the sea ranch. Walking distance to several beaches and a seal rookery, and short drives to Gualala and Salt Point. We will be staying again!

Excellent Home and Location!

We loved the house. The street it is on only has 4 homes total and a lot of open space around the home, so it feels very private. The very close access to the beach is awesome. The beach scene itself is breathtaking with many rock structures, waves pounding, walkable sand, walkable into the surf at lower tides, tidepools, wildlife, secluded - amazing!

Comfortable home with great views and ocean access

This is a great house for more than one couple to stay in (of a family) - it offers every amenity you could want from bikes to hot tubs to wood burning stove - has views of the ocean and is close to wonderful walks and Shell Beach. It is cozy and comfy and we had a lovely stay!

Tasteful retreat near the beach

Such a delightful property. Everything you'd want for a winter stormy getaway before the holiday rush. Rooms are roomy great with extra blankets and pillows. Access to the beach and walks ideal. Simple and tasteful. Hot tub under the stars with view of the sea was also a perk. Owners are great with communication!

Relaxing Getaway

We spent Labor Day weekend at Pipers Reach. What a wonderful place to stay! The location is quiet, secluded, and a short walk to the coastal trail and beach. The home is very well-equipped, and I hope to use the bikes and play some ping pong on our next trip. This fenced backyard for our dog was also a plus. Overall, it is one of the best vacation homes I've stayed in!

Lovely cozy home with ocean views

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is lovely, with great views and is very pet friendly. We hiked straight from the house to the bluff trail every day, which was especially nice at sunset.

Family stay in Sea Ranch

Our family enjoyed a few great days on Piper’s Reach. Our small Pomeranian loved the enclosed yard, and we enjoyed daily walks to the near-by bluff. Home cooking in a well-organized kitchen, and quiet nights in comfortable beds !

Great way to see Sea Ranch

We were visited daily by deer: a buck, doe and several young ones. The ocean glimmers, the stars come out at night, and you can snuggle in front of the lovely fireplace. The location gives you easy access to Gualala and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Be sure to read the Independent Coast Observer newspaper and listen to KGUA radio 88.3 FM to find out about all the local events. Pipers Reach is clean and comfortable. You'll really enjoy your stay.

Amazing family trip!

Wonderful place! Very comfortable, quality furnishings. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach, and everything you need - chairs, umbrella, towels. Lots of walking trails in the community with beautiful coastline views. Oversized clean spa was a bonus. Accommodating and super responsive host. We loved it, and so did our Golden Retriever!

Fantastic location, wonderful home!

The home was everything we wanted and more! It was our second time staying there, and we once again had a great time playing ping pong, going in the hot tub, and relaxing in the family room. The kitchen has all the tools and spices we needed to cook meals together. We will be back!

This was our fourth stay—1 week each time—We really love this property- very well organized, Perfect location by Shell Beach, beautiful coastal walking trails- all the conveniences of home- well equipped kitchen - beautiful master bedroom - 2 full bath upstairs and 1 half bath downstairs- Cozy den and living room- beautiful decorating throughout. Amazing Location!

We are a family of 5 and a dog. We really enjoyed our time at Pipers Reach. The home is a quick walk to the trail that runs along the beach and a small cove. The street is very quiet and peaceful. The house is fully stocked. We used the bikes every day, played ping pong, cooked all our meals in the kitchen or on the grill. It was a perfect stay!
