    Recreation Passes:
    Per The Sea Ranch Association rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.

    ​​​​​​​PLEASE NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, all guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Additional information and instructions will be provided after booking.

    Sea Ranch and Sonoma County Guidelines
    Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
    Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
    No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
    Maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted at the home and must be parked in the driveway. No RVs are permitted.
    Maximum occupancy is 6 guests for this home.
    Due to the close proximity to the ocean bluffs, the homeowner recommends that guests 12 years of age and older occupy this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view from floor-to-ceiling glass windows. For the price, amenity upgrades are needed. No shampoo, rinse, lotion (renter beware - bring your own) as we expect at lodging at this price point. Throw blankets in the living room for chilly mornings with coffee would be more welcoming. Sound system totally needs upgrade (CDs and old iPod dock). Nice new appliances in kitchen but the old pots and pans need to be replaced for a more appealing cooking experience. Nice Keurig coffee machine but too bad we weren't warned to bring k-cups (they are outrageously expensive at local market). A few inexpensive but thoughtful additions to this home would make it as charming as the deer, fox and wildlife that walked past the windows.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfectly located and provisioned wonderfully for those who want to cook throughout their stay. The home is as pictured. It would be nice if there were some outside seating (there is none). The hot tub was set at 109 so was not usable, which we discovered on Saturday evening, so there was no option to get this fixed between Sunday (office closed) and Monday checkout - we couldn't really call it an emergency.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has perfect views and location. Amng the best in sea ranch. It is well stocked and has everything you can ever need. The folks at Beach Rentals were beyond helpful as they were dealing with lots of power-related issues in town from a big storm. The only thing to keep in mind is there are quite a few stairs to negotiate to every bedroom. That was fine for us but may not be for you.

It was equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal or grill outdoors on the deck. Every room had a breathtaking view. We took long walks then relaxed in the beautiful family by the fire. Reviewer Comments: I called well ahead of my visit to check if the master bedroom was on the ground floor. I was assured it was. The master bedroom is not on the ground floor. The property is lovely and has a wonderful views. The house has an usual number of interior stairs and steps. Most rooms require two sets of stairs or steps to access the room. This is important information for anyone with mobility issues; this would be helpful in the Monette description.
