An inspiration to authors (and anyone else looking for inspiration), the energy at 247 Solstice in Sea Ranch is tranquil and still–making it the perfect romantic get away, writer's retreat from the world, or a special family vacation. Decorated with the ocean in mind, the house is elegant and comfortable all at once. Three bedrooms (one set up for kids with two sets of bunk beds sleeping 4), one queen guest room, and one California King, this 2500 square foot home is perfect for one to two couples and four kids. There is also a comfortable day-bed in the living room that can sleep an additional guest.

With chairs and sitting areas to fall back into in every corner, the home is the ideal respite to grab a book and disappear into its pages. A perfect setting to enjoy all of the amenities of coastal living at its best, a short walk from a sauna and heated pool plus tennis courts. The private sea ranch foot path is just off the deck, and stretches for about 13 miles up and down one of the most gorgeous cliff-side coastlines in the world. Walk-on beach is a mere ten minute trek, but there's no need to go further than the front room for full enjoyment of a spectacular view to watch the whales go by from the couch. Additional guest fee for more than 2 persons will be $50.00 per night per guest.
