The Space:
Designed for easygoing coastal living, this two-bedroom plus loft, 2.5-bath house gives families and friends room to relax. The main living areas offer space to gather, listen to music on the stereo, and enjoy a meal from the kitchen and dining area. Step outside to a garden-style backyard with an outdoor BBQ grill and a private wellness hot tub for end-of-day soaks. Bedrooms and the loft are equipped with Smart TVs, and there’s a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests also have access to Sea Ranch’s communal outdoor swimming pool.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): California King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV. Sleeps 2.
• Loft Bedroom: Two trundle Twin beds that can be set up as one King or used as two individual Twins, Smart TV, and a private half bathroom. Sleeps 2.
Bathrooms
• Bathroom 1 (Ensuite to Primary): Walk-in shower, dual sinks.
• Bathroom 2 (Hall): Shower/tub combo, spacious vanity.
• Bathroom 3 (Loft): Half bath.
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars only. Parking passes are required and will be in the guest packet inside the house. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking.
• Stairs: The house has stairs.
• Connectivity: WiFi is provided; however, due to the remote Sea Ranch location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Private Washer/Dryer: A private washer and dryer are available for your use.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can reach Stengel Beach (seasonal waterfalls), the Sea Ranch Chapel, the Bluff Top Trail (whale watching), the Ohlson Recreation Center (swimming), and One-Eyed Jack’s playground.
