"This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open...

"It was a bit noisy at night time, but that just added to the lively atmosphere! The ladies chatted all night till 3am - no soundproof walls. Unfortunately, the linens weren't quite ready when we checked in, but maybe the laundry facility was just a bit behind schedule. Despite that, the place was clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic!"

"Great stay overall. Room was nice size and comfortable. Hotel is in a great area for seeing the main sites with lots of options for food very close. Only complaint is the “gym.” Don’t expect to get a workout. They need invest a little money maybe."
