"Hard to communicate with staff. Asked to assign the lowest level and to provide a shower chair. They ignored the request. We were assigned to the highest level and no shower chair."

"This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open...

"ポルトに来たら何度でも使用したいと思うほど素晴らしかったです。 ポルトの市街地からは少しだけ歩くのですが、宿の探しやすさ、サービスの素晴らしさが最高でした。 わたしは事前チェックインの対応を忘れてしまったのですが、宿に着き連絡したらすぐチェックイン方法の連絡をくれました。 おかげで、携帯も私自身ももうへとへと限界だったのですが、ギリギリ繋ぎ止めることができました。本当に感謝です。 また、お風呂やトイレも毎日掃除が行き届いていて非常に綺麗でしたし、キッチンや洗濯機の完備も最高でした。コーヒーや紅茶も置いてくださってる気遣いも素敵です。 女1人、初めてのヨーロッパ一人旅で大変不安でしたが、本当にリラックスして過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました！ もしまたポルトに来れたら、利用させてください！"

"Such a beautiful property, with an amazing view! Great convenient location as well! There was an issue with the keypad at the front one day, but the staff were very easily accessible through WhatsApp and were able to help us out. Loved this property!"

"Hotel was in a very convenient location close to the metro as well as many bakeries and restaurants that we tried several of! The room itself was quite clean and nicely decorated. We ordered breakfast in the room one day to eat on the patio and it was fantastic as well as convenient. Staff were helpful and cleaned the room more than once during our stay. Fantastic little spot to explore from and return back to each day!"
