"The Golden Fleece in Thirsk was all you could ask for in a small inn/pub/restaurant located in a North Yorkshire market town. We have stayed in hotels all across Britain and Ireland on this trip. The Fleece was our best experience."

"We stayed one night on way north. Nice room. Nice evening meal. Paid £10 to park overnight at hotel. Did not want to pay £32 for breakfast for two (went to The Station). Very central. Would recommend."
