"Breakfast was good, the attendant was so efficient, couldn’t believe one person prepared it by herself. Staff at front desk greeted you professionally and was so accommodating. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The only negative was the Airport shuttle, which needed to be cleaned and vacuum inside and out. The manager gave 5 diamond service to and from the airport. "

"THE WINDOW AC UNIT RATTLED AND SQUELLED ALL NIGHT. SO BAD I HAD TO PUT MY EAR BUDS IN TO SLEEP. THE DOORS TO EVERYONE ELSE ROOM SLAMMED SHUT ALL NIGHT LONG AS PEOPLE ENTERED AND LEFT. THERE WERE NO LAMPS IN THE ROOM AT THE BEDSIDE TABLE OR DESK. ONE LIGHT OVER SINK AND IN STOOL ROOM. NO HOT WATER IN SINK OR SHOWER. FLOOR IS A VERY CHEAP LAMINATE. COLD, HARD, AND DIRTY. REAL PROBLEM WAS ROOM ABOVE ME HAD SAME TYPE OF FLOORING LAND THE PERSON ABOVE ME SPENT THE NIGHT ROLLING AROUND IN THE DESK CHAIR! WHICH REMINDS ME MY ROOM DESK CHAIR LOOKED LIKE SOMEBODY GOT IT WHILE DUMPSTER DIVING."

"I always enjoy my stay at the DoubleTree. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The bar is great and breakfast is delicious. The hotel is in a great location as there are shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Of course, the cookies are the absolute best! Moe, specifically, always has my back, LOL, as I always manage to forget my toothbrush or toothpaste or some other item and he always comes through with the goods! This hotel is for the grown and sexy and it also has a great family and business vibe as well. "

"The room had a terrible smell. There was mildew on the curtains. Mold around the air conditioning unit. The was brown content on the door frame of the bathroom that appeared to be poop or vomit. There was spiders in the bathroom with webs. The furniture was damaged. The outside of the microwave had dried food on it. The pictures online do not present an accurate view of the room. Very misleading. The pool was not filled and was not an area to relax near"
