"The parking lot was well lit and grounds were clean and neat. Common areas appeared clean but a little worn down. Our room size was lovely and in decent shape. There was some type of liquid that appeared to have ran down the lampshade and bathroom wall. The toilet barely flushed, you had to hold the handle for an long time. We notified the front desk and they never came to fix it. Also the sink is not really functional, the faucet is so close to the back that it splashed everywhere. The refrigerator was not turned on and there was water inside on the shelves and it was quite dirty. It was the lack of the staff not caring about the toilet that was such a disappointment !"

"Great place for families, especially if you have kids! There are lots of activities and entertainment for children, which makes the stay really enjoyable. My main complaints were about the room. The TV was above the fireplace and the screen had a strong purple tint, probably from the heat, so it was difficult to watch. The pillows were very uncomfortable and too firm, the mattress wasn’t great, and the mattress protector had several tears. Other than those issues, everything else was good. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars and would recommend it for families."
