"This was the worst hotel experience. We checked in and our room had an ant infestation. There was a huge pile in the bathroom. The ants were also all over the common room and in the towels. It was 10pm so we didn’t have anywhere else to go at this point. We called the front and the man at the front brought up a can of Raid spray…. To spray in a room that already had no air circulation due to no air conditioning. After we told them that would not work, they had us move rooms. The new room still had ants… just less. Also, the floor was absolutely disgusting. Other peoples’ hair and dirt everywhere.
We went to check out the next morning and asked for a refund since we were moved to a lower cost room at the expense of being immersed in an ant infestation. The manager, white hair man, was downstairs and refused to listen to us. He got in the elevator and went upstairs to leave his employee to talk to us. The employee stated that we will not be getting a refund or even just compensated for the price difference in the rooms because we moved rooms and that “fixed the problem”. Even though it was a sub-par room that still had ants. This is an awful establishment and should be taken off Expedia."
