"Sehr gutes Konzept, Check in und out problemlos, Atmosphäre ein wenig steril"

"Sehr saubere Wohnung. Der Bereich um die Mülltonnen war allerdings eine Katastrophe, was allerdings nicht an der Vermieterin lag, sondern an den Bewohnern der gesamten Wohnanlage. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat sich schnell zurückgemeldet bei Problemen und versucht diese zu lösen.Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen."

"Very good indeed"

"Location was great! Room was clean and comfortable however I found cleaning personnel entering room without knocking on 2 different occasions was not great! First man entered and said “oh sorry” as I was eating on table. Then he returned and didn’t knock while I was in shower and my partner was in common area. Man said he left some sort of paper and wondered if he could enter. My partner said I was in the shower and it was uncomfortable. We put the do not disturb sign on door to not be bothered...

"Great spot!"

"Apartment was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and lines were clean. Location was convenient to access the areas we wanted to visit."

"When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly."

"Schöne Badezimmern"

"Fantastic apartment style suite in the perfect location. Stayed for the Berlin marathon. Stadtmitte U at hotel but can easily walk to all the main attractions. Starbucks and multiple cafes, restaurants right next to the hotel. Rewe grocery right around the corner. Extremely clean and quiet, inside and outside. Highly recommend."
