The checkin process is not good at all, specially out of business hours, however, the staff is great and very helpful. It is a convenient place close to the airport and the rooms are fantastic. I do recommend it at all based on my experience and good customer service I received.

This hotel is very clean, neat and beautiful. The views from the windows are wonderful. I would also like to note the staff, which found compromises in everything. All that I asked for extra, I was able to find everything. I can safely recommend this hotel

A brief layover

We were only there to spend the night before leaving at 5:00 am for a flight. The room was spotless and very new feeling. It would have been better to have some extra blankets and pillows as it was cold so we turned up the heat substantially.

Property was incredible for the price. Automated check in was easy. The machine was right in front of the lift. Room was tidy and spacious. The area around the property was not good. There was no much food options near the property. Overall it was really good stay.

The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Only objections would be insects in the shower. I will definitely be willing to come back. This is another example of lousy IT solution ruining work and efforts of the onsite hard working team.

We had silverfish in our room on our clothes, changed rooms and had larger silverfish coming in the window and in the bathroom. The carpark is used as a community drinking garden by builders in the hotel. They were loud and annoying until late at night. We changed hotels and even though we had videos and photos the hotel refused a refund. I would not reccomend this hotel, which is a shame as it looked nice but the bug infestation, carpark being used like a pub and unhelpful staff made it a nightmare.

Stort rent rom. Personalet gikk hjem kl 15.00 hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Familievennlig rom. Utenfor ikke familievennlig. Her kunne vi kjøpe mat i butikken like utenfor og lage det vi ville på kjøkkenet som er på rommet.

Leider hat bei uns im Zimmer der Kühlschrank nach erbrochen gerochen wenn man ihn angemacht hatte. Der Geruch beim öffnen ließ einen das Frühstück am Abend sehen. Ansonsten war ist es sehr nett dort, schöne Aussicht und sehr bequemes Bett. Die rückgabe der Check-in Karten war umständlich da es nirgends erklärt ist. Man selbst bekommt sie aus dem Automaten muss sie aber beim Check-out persönlich abgeben – etwas irritierend. Ich selbst würde es schon empfehlen denn ich denke ohne den ersticken den Geruch wäre es schön gewesen.
