"We arrived early in the morning and check in wasn’t till 4, so they found a room for us to change to that we could check in at 10am which helped us out so much! The rooms were clean, so spacious, and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. There are lifts for easy access everywhere, which is rare in Amsterdam! Amazing stay and wouldn’t choose any other hotel - will definitely be coming back to this one every time! Location is amazing too, only 10-15 minute walk to Dam Square."

The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was of Bulgarian descent) was exceptionally helpful and provided a thorough overview of the hotel and its policies. It was my first time in Amsterdam, and after being treated quite poorly by the strict and highly unprofessional KLM staff, I wasn’t expecting much. However, the hotel team completely changed my experience for the better. The breakfast served in the morning is absolutely outstanding—truly to die for! And every member of the dining room staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I would definitely return!"
