"Wonderful location and elegant property. Even if you don’t stay there, it is worth a stop to admire the stunning lobby. Had a great stay: bed comfortable, easy walk to shopping, Times Square and grand central. Good walk to theatre and museums. The toilet was leaky and constantly refilling all night, but otherwise really loved it. Would definitely stay there again"

"The place was great EXCEPT they tacked $575 onto my bill at checkout because they said their sensor detected smoke! No one smoked in that room. Total scam in my opinion. So sad it was otherwise a gem!"
