"I stayed here to go to the Alanis Morissette concert and was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. They were playing Alanis music in the bar which I thought was a nice touch so you could get in the mood. I ordered food in the bar which was delicious, the staff were all really lovely and made my first solo trip less daunting. The room was nice and clean and had everything you needed. "The location of the property is good if you don't mind walking. The parking permit given to allow parking in certain zones is very good. Although if busy can be difficult to find a space but that is nothing the owners can control. The room was clean.
We had the small double room. It is very compact. The bed seems very small for a double and is pushed against a wall, not ideal when 2 people are sleeping in it. The shower was small too. You can hear the conversations in the next room.

"A clean and tidy well managed guest house, that offered us a pet friendly option. Location (for us) excellent, situated on the quieter side of Scarborough but with easy access to walks along cliff top promenade and gardens together with reasonably near access to main town area. Check in was easy and parking fairly easy to access with option to purchase permit. Security and access of the building was fine. The room was very pleasant clean and tidy with perfectly adequate bathroom and good storage...

From just outside their hotel, you can walk down through Peasholm Park during hot daylight hours and keep cool under the trees. We walked back up from the seafront on the well lit roadside. Thank you for a lovely stay."
