"1. On day two We had to take the Toilet tank cover off to flush the toilet on every flush 2. The bed pillows are too soft, I want firm pillows. 3. We wanted a coffee mid afternoon but it was not hot. I thought it was available all day. Maybe a coffee machine would be nice. Otherwise, We where happy with the stay."

"We had a great stay, they tried to upgrade but we had booked a suite facing the bay w a balcony, so instead since it was wedding night they sent up bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was extremely helpful and sweet!"
