We provide bed linens and towels for up to 5 guests, as well as pillows, 1 comforter, and 2 blankets. We recommend bringing towels for the beach and pool, as well as sarongs.

It is important to note that this is a privately managed apartment. Therefore, the “cleaning fee” charged with your reservation refers only to the cleaning performed at check-in and check-out. We do not offer cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay, even for longer periods. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and keeping the apartment clean during their stay.

Laundry of bed linens and towels should be done by the guest, who can use the washing machine available in the apartment. There are also two paid laundromats located nearby.

Regarding parking, guests may use any available parking space on the G4 floor, as long as it does not block access to another vehicle.

For smokers, the use of the outdoor area (balcony) is allowed for smoking. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and subject to penalties.

Located in one of the best buildings in Santos, our apartment is very new and offers a privileged location in the heart of Gonzaga, providing comfort and convenience.

The property features 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and 2 extra mattresses available, accommodating up to 5 people: 2 on the double bed, 1 on the sofa bed, and 2 on the mattresses.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, household utensils, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, and washing machine.

We offer one free covered parking space. The apartment is fitted with safety screens, ensuring security—especially for children, who are very welcome but must be supervised at all times, particularly in the leisure area.

We accept small pets for an additional fee. To check the amount, please update your reservation request.

Guests can use part of the condo's amenities, which are amazing and include heated adult and children's pools, a large playroom, massage room, computer room, and game room. The sauna and gym are not available for use. It is easily accessible, just a few blocks from two of the best shopping malls in Santos, Gonzaga Beach, shopping centers, and leisure areas. Enjoy a movie and popcorn session at Cine Roxy, just one block from the apartment. Leave your car in the garage and explore several tourist attractions just a few meters from the apartment.
