"The beach view was spectacular. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had an issue with the tv and the door lock. Roy from maintenance was very friendly and helpful with resolving the problems. He even had some great suggestions for places to eat in the area. Thank you, Roy!"

"Only disappointment was at check in…we were told by one desk clerk that we were too early to check in (by 30 minutes) …. Yet the guest right next to my left was told the same thing and yet they let him check in! When I asked for an estimate of time “they couldn’t say” …. So we left to go to a gift shop and literally ten minutes after I left the desk they called my cell to say I could check in now! Clerk at desk was not friendly!!!"
