Zenful Villa is a newly renovated 3-story luxury vacation home, the complex property is located on the Gulf and has a private pool and private beach access. The property has 2 buildings with only 18 units. Zenful Villa sits behind the private pool and also has a view of the Gulf. It features 2 King bedrooms and a loft with 2 twin beds, 2 1/2 baths, 2 balconies overlooking the pool and Gulf, a very modern and completely stocked kitchen and a living area with a surround A/V system and modern furnishings.

This property is not for everyone, it is not a party place and is not child friendly (12 or older only - infants under 1 are permitted.)

Located between Destin and Panama City in the middle of the best area along renowned Scenic Hwy 30A. Known for the best beaches in the country, this area also offers a bike path all along the Hwy dotted with beach villages, great shopping and wonderful dining.

We have taken great pride in supplying the best amenities, using modern, stylish and comfortable finishes throughout the space which are not your typical pink flamingos and bold patterns designed to hide dirt and stains but to create a very luxurious 'Zenful' environment for the guests in our home.


The main floor includes the Entertainment Area, the Kitchen, Dining room, the Touch-Down Station, Living room, Zen-Chair, entry hall and 1/2 bath.

The Kitchen is brand new, finished with dark wood cabinets, granite counters, stack-stone back splash, a farm sink, cabinet lighting, ice machine, plenty of storage with a lit pantry that is ready for everything you need to bring. It is stocked with matching dinnerware, serving ware, cookware and a full compliment of dishes and glasses. The large bar provides plenty of counter space and room for 4.

The Dining room seats 6 and features 'The Farm Table'. Named this as part of the motif, also because it is actually made from reclaimed barn wood!

The 'Touch-Down' area is a separate desk area to set up your office, charge all of your electronics and keep in touch with high speed WiFi.

The living room has a great combination of a leather sectional and soft chairs (Check out 'The Zen Chair') to enjoy the large flat screen, internet ready Blue Ray, and surround sound system.

The King Master, King Zen & 2 Twin Bedrooms: Unlike many vacation homes with rock hard beds and cheap linens, we have supplied comfortable mattresses and high quality comforters, sheets (400 tc) and pillows.

The Master Suite has it's own balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf. It features a solid wood Sleigh bed with a Serta Perfect sleeper mattress. The matching Armior contains a large TV and DVD player. There is a powder room and separate bath area.

The 'Zen Room' features a King Platform bed with the same high quality linens, an adjoining bath and TV with DVD player.

The loft has 2 twin-size beds with light weight down comforters and it's own TV/DVD player.

There are plenty of wash linens supplied that are all matching, fresh and clean stacked in the full sized laundry area for your use. We supply a load of detergent if you need to wash anything and there is an extra blanket if you need it.

We use this property as our home and take pride in having a comfortable oasis with all the creature comforts we enjoy. We have put allot of effort into making it nice and are proud to share it with you.

It is neat, clean, well organized, has matching supplies and is done in a sophisticated decor. (no teal walls with pink flamingos!) Everything works and is in good repair.

It Is not a Party Place and it is not suitable for children. (Minimum age limit of 12, infants under 1 year are permitted) We have designed the home for adults who enjoy and appreciate these amenities and understand that being required to maintain them also means they will be there when they come back.
