A screened-in back porch off the main living area provides an additional outdoor dining and seating space, ideal for enjoying Seaside’s coastal atmosphere.

Inside, the first floor features a bright, open-concept layout designed for gathering. The living area includes a large sectional sofa, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining space and fully renovated kitchen. The dining table accommodates up to eight guests, while the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for four. This level also includes a convenient half bath, laundry area, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second floor offers additional space for relaxation, featuring three bedrooms and a secondary living area that serves as a perfect hangout for kids or teens. The primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and access to the front balcony. Additional accommodations include a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a shared full bathroom. The second-floor balcony provides a peaceful outdoor retreat with comfortable seating and treetop views.
