The space

Welcome to 'Resting Beach Face!'

This BEAUTIFUL home is just steps from Blue Mountain's stunning white sand beaches and emerald waters. Enjoy your private pool and breathtaking Gulf views from the comfort of your own backyard!

On the first floor you'll find a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and it's own private patio, a bunk room with 3 Twin beds and a kitchenette with extra seating, plus an additional guest bedroom with 2 Full beds, access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There is an additional bathroom with a shower/tub combination, which is shared by the Queen room and Bunk room.

The second floor offers a spacious living room with balcony access, a dining area, and a gorgeous kitchen featuring high-end appliances and custom cabinets. The bedroom on this floor features a Queen-sized sofa bed with a trundle pullout, and shares the second-floor bathroom with a glass shower.

Going up to the third floor, you'll find the final bedroom, featuring a King-sized bed, it's own private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.

With popular local dining options like Blue Mountain Beach Creamery and Cowgirl Kitchen just around the corner, you'll have easy access to some of 30A's best spots!

FIRST FLOOR:
-Bedroom 1: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower/tub combination + private balcony with Gulf views
-Bedroom 2: Bunk room with 3 Twin beds, shared bathroom with shower/tub combination
-Bedroom 3: Two Full beds, en-suite bathroom with glass shower

SECOND FLOOR:
-Living room with balcony access, dining room, and gorgeous kitchen
-Bedroom 4: Queen sofa bed with trundle pullout, shared bathroom with glass shower

THIRD FLOOR:
-Bedroom 5: King bed, en-suite bathroom with 0dual vanities, glass shower and separate soaking tub + private balcony with Gulf views

Guest access

Just STEPS from Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is literally across the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel.

Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping + dining area there), and another convenient public beach access even closer by Goatfeathers on 30A.

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery, Mimmo's and more!

Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
