The main level welcomes you to an open floor plan with a spacious living room boasting windows and doors that let in abundant natural light. The kitchen features everything the home chef will need to whip up meals for the whole group including stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range and dual oven, a breakfast bar and pantry. The main level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and one bedroom with two Full beds. On the third level you can find a spacious Master bedroom with a King bed, private bathroom that has a large walk in shower, jetted garden tub, and dual vanities. The master bedroom also has a Queen sofa sleeper and a large walk in closet. Off of the Master bedroom you can enjoy partial gulf-views from the covered balcony. Sand Dollar’s lower level offers a large private pool, plenty of pool and patio furniture, and a covered terrace with room to eat and play. Make use of the convenient half pool bath house and outdoor shower before heading back in after a day in the sun.
