From the heated private pool (with lights), to top-of-the-line appliances and four king bedrooms, to the comfortable coastal decor and porches perfect for relaxing - plus a complimentary top-of-the-line, brand new (2023), electric 6-seater LSV and board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! The house also comes with 4 bikes, corn hole boards, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.

Open floor plan with a huge amount of square footage allows for multiple living and dining areas - - plenty of room for separation OR togetherness. The outdoor shower, gas BBQ grill, high-end finishes including quartz and marble counters, outdoor dining + living spaces, and so much more make this home the perfect beach retreat!

High end furnishings and designer finishes abound throughout this beautiful open concept home - with ceilings on every floor that feel like they stretch to the sky! Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with large breakfast bar and barstools with everything you need to make family meals and entertain, boasting gorgeous quartz countertops, custom backsplash, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a grill outside, and more! The house having four king bedrooms is really perfect for joint family vacations! The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, and the sixth bedroom has built-in bunk beds with two twin beds up top and full beds below. There are also sleeper sofas in both the 2nd and 3rd floor living rooms, and a full laundry room is available on the first floor.

The garage features a fun game area with a ping pong table, connect four, and other games, plus a commercial ice maker for filling coolers! Parking for 6+ vehicles available. A family's beach vacation dream, so many things to love here!

We also manage 2 homes on the same street as this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are Blue Pearl Haven *right next door* (111 Walnut- 6 bedrooms) and 30A Dreamin' (11 Walnut- 4 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Guest access

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!

Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV/golf cart.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
