The street-facing entry opens to a screened porch that leads directly to two mirrored bedrooms, each featuring a platform queen bed, new storage drawers, dimmable indirect uplighting, a large shuttered window, and a smart TV. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower featuring a frameless glass door and rain shower head, a new marble vanity, a backlit vanity mirror, and heated floors. An outdoor shower is conveniently located off the entry-level porch. Up an easy staircase, the second floor offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space, as well as a full-length screened porch and Juliette balcony.
